Access the HLR assessment tool and other information

Requirements for using the HLR assessment tool:
The HLR assessment tool utilizes features found only on Microsoft's Internet Explorer version 6.0 or greater Web Browser. In order to utilize the Health & Lifestyle Review you must download and install this browser if it is not already on your system. Please refer to our Support/Help section on the side menu for more information regarding this process.

Larksfield Place is owned and operated by Wesley Retirement Communities, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation of the State of Kansas. Larksfield Place is governed by a Board of Directors made up of distinguished individuals from the Wichita community and Larksfield Place community members.

The Health and Lifestyle Review was developed at Larksfield Place in 1998 to aid in the implementation of our philosophy that we should serve the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of our community members.
